Open Lobby Connection

Located at 700 Brickell Avenue, within the heart of Brickell City Centre, this project involved the design of the building’s Front Garden and Lobby for Swire Properties. The concept was developed as an educational landscape narrative focused on coral reef bleaching, translating an urgent environmental issue into a powerful spatial experience.
Through materiality, form, and planting composition, the project sought to raise awareness about the fragility of marine ecosystems while integrating contemporary design and public engagement. The result was a landscape that operated both as an urban threshold and as a platform for environmental consciousness.
The project received the Social Media Choice Award at CasaCor Miami 2019 and was featured in international design and lifestyle media, including Architectural Digest and Robb Report, among others.
