Bal Harbour Residence, Currently under construction, the Bal Harbour Residence is a refined landscape project designed under the direction of our landscape architect and partner Shayna Orr.

The design thoughtfully captures the essence of tropical living by seamlessly integrating native Florida and Miami flora. Focused on ecological harmony and timeless aesthetics, the project balances lush, drought-tolerant native plantings with sophisticated outdoor spaces, creating an elevated, sustainable coastal sanctuary.
